Leadership styles
Great Warrior Napolean once remarked," I would prefer hundred rabbits led by a lion rather than hundred lions led by a rabbit,"so also a leader of an organisation. No doubt knowledge is power but then directionless work force goes no where.Dynamic leader leads the work force out of woods.
An optimistic leader finds opportunities even in difficulties where as pessimistic leader finds difficulties even in good opportunities. While knowledge and skill are important attributes of a leader,it is the positive attitude that makes the difference for a successful leader.

1.He should be polite,but firm.
2.He should be gentle but should give suitable directions.
3.He should be kind but should be motivation factor.

In a nut shell he should be a guilding force for the success of the organisation.
